They are a really great airline for cheap flights, but wow if anything goes wrong, you are completely screwed. They have no efficient customer care and basically dont care.

I've been trying to book a couple of flights with them for days. Their system declines my credit card, my bank says there is no problem with my credit card, ive booked flights today with another airline with the same card and the same card works fine. Go back to Air Asia and still it declines my card. Calling their customer service has to be the most frustrating experience ever. They either can't speak enough English to understand the problem or they offer no solution and just put you on hold until you give up.

Probably by the time I get this issue sorted out, which Im not sure how will happen, but by then the sale fare flights will be gone and I'll be screwed. Sorry just wanted to vent about how much Air Asia sucks.
