Re: How to refill cartridge
Hi guys
This type of cartridge also has a wiper blade that literally wipes off toner that isn't used in printing. This blade must be wiped off and lubricated with a special chemical. The wiper blade only needs to be replaced if there is a nick. When the wiper blade removes toner, it is dropped into the waste hopper. The waste hopper must be dumped, preferably beneath a containment hood because toner is a fine powder that can easily get into the air. A few other parts that may need to be replaced are the magnetic sleeve, a casing around a magnet used to pull toner out of the toner hopper, and the doctor blade, a blade that maintains a steady amount of toner on the surface of the magnetic sleeve. Both of these parts can only be replaced, not cleaned, if they are damaged. The doctor blade can also become flimsy after several uses and no longer maintain the right level of toner and may need to be replaced even if it's not visibly damaged. Finally, new toner must be added to the toner hopper. Depending on the manufacturer, you either refill it through a slot in opened cartridge, or you pull a plug and refill it using a funnel. A few manufacturers use a corona wire instead of the primary charge roller to transfer a charge. If the corona wire is broken, then it needs to be replaced. If it has simply gotten dirty or corroded, then it can be cleaned with alcohol. It needs to be cleaned carefully, though, because it is a fine wire that will break under rough handling. Otherwise the second style of cartridges is exactly the same as described above and is cleaned and refilled in the same way.

Re: How to refill cartridge
Hi guys
Printer ink is one of the most expensive things that you'll run into when you set up your home office. You start out taking dozens of pictures with your new digital camera, download them onto your computer, print a few and then suddenly: the print cartridge runs out of ink.
If you follow this how-to guide and refill your print cartridge instead of buying a new one, you can save literally hundreds of dollars in printer ink.
Thanks for all friends
