Every night brush you hair neatly before going to sleep. You can tie your hair if it's very long. Brush gently, compartmentalising your hair and finishing each neatly. Now brush all together. You will be amazed to see how easy it gets. # Step 2
In the morning before going for shower brush the hair and make it tangle free. Apply dabs of fresh lime juice with cotton in your scalp. (This is particularly helpful for people with dandruffs). # Step 3
Wet your hair, dilute the shampoo with little water and apply the shampoo softly. You can apply it twice if necessary. When applying shampoo or conditioner, don't use your fingernails to scrape through your hair. Instead, use your palm and fingertips to massage your scalp and hair gently, in circular motions. This will help the circulation and also help to keep your hair shiny and smooth. Rinse your hair to make it complete soap free. # Step 4
Apply conditioner and leave it for 5 mins. Rinse off. Instead of conditioner you can have the last rinse with a cup of beer. Your hair will look lustrous and beautiful. # Step 5
Hair serum is a wonderful way to make your hair shiny and silky. Once your hair is dry you can apply serum through the length of the strands. # Step 6
If you follow these simple steps regularly I am sure you will be proud of an enviable hair.

Re: HOW TO U CAN KEEP YOUR HAIR HEALTHY
Most hair stylists generally recommend you buy a new hairbrush at least once a year. While your brush may still appear to be in good condition, once the bristles become worn down they can actually cause damage to the hair. A brush in poor condition can even break or pull out your hair at the follicle. The majority of hair brushes have round tips at the end of the bristles. These are referred to as epoxy ball tips. They help the brush move through your hair easier without pulling on it. If the epoxy ball tips become damaged or break off, they can cause injury to the scalp by scratching it. The life of your hairbrush will also depend on other factors such as how often you brush your hair, your hair length and texture, and the type of hair brush you purchase.
Your hairbrush not only styles your hair but is needed to stimulate your scalp as well. This is important to ensure that hair contains enough natural oils to keep it looking healthy. As a person ages, the amount of natural oil in their hair tends to decrease and can leave hair looking dull. When the hair is brushed, a natural oil called sebum is released. Sebum both protects the hair and acts as a natural moisturizer. By brushing your hair daily with the proper hair brush, you can keep it healthy and shiny.

Managing Bangs
Are your bangs in your face, but you don't want to cut them? Other than trim them, there are several options. For example, get some hair clips and pin them to the side, giving you a new look. Or you could pull them back with a barrette or rubber band. On the other hand, maybe you could trim only your bangs, letting the length of your hair continue to grow. Vitamins and Minerals for Healthy Sheen
As your locks continue to grow, the ends of your hair may tend to look dead, and so it's advisable to take vitamins to give them a fresh, healthy look. A few good vitamins include B vitamins, (especially B-6), as well as biotin. Certain minerals, such as sulfur, zinc, silica, and magnesium are also excellent sources for ensuring healthy and vibrant-looking locks, while new hair continues to grow. In addition, there's folic acid, which you can take in supplemental form. Foods That Promote Healthy Hair
Vegetables: Green and yellow vegetables are good for growing long, healthy hair, as they're rich in beta-carotene. Besides promoting longer hair, beta-carotene also encourages healthy skin, hair and nails. Make sure you have at least five servings of vegetables, concentrating on lettuce, squash, spinach, and other greens to ensure your growing locks will have a glowing sheen.

Re: HOW TO U CAN KEEP YOUR HAIR HEALTHY
f you’ve decided to let your hair grow out, it can be frustrating during the growing out stage and you may be tempted to cut it, again. For the average person, it takes at least a year to grow out six inches of hair (about one-half inch growth per month.)
Of course, you can always get some help with wigs, hair extensions or clip-on ponytails. However, if you don't want to mess with artificial hair, then the next best plan is to learn how to cope during the growing out stage, making sure your hair is shiny and healthy. Here are a few suggestions to not give up and go back to your original short hairdo. Managing Bangs
