What is shopping mall.
Hello
A shopping mall, shopping center or shopping precinct is one or more buildings forming a complex of shops representing merchandisers, with interconnecting walkways enabling visitors to easily walk from unit to unit, along with a parking area – a modern, indoor version of the traditional marketplace. Modern "car-friendly" strip malls developed from the 1920s, and shopping malls corresponded with the rise of suburban living in many parts of the Western World, especially the United States, after World War II. From early on, the design tended to be inward-facing, with malls following theories of how customers could best be enticed in a controlled environment. Similar, the concept of a mall having one or more "anchor" or "big box" stores was pioneered early, with individual stores or smaller-scale chain stores intended to benefit from the shoppers attracted by the big stores. In most of the world the term shopping center is used, especially in Europe and Australasia; however shopping mall is also used.

Hi
A modern very large out-of-town shopping centre with a motorway junction location that provides a family day 'experience'. It offers a range of entertainments besides a large number of shops in an air-conditioned enclosed area of up to half a square kilometre.
Thanks

Re: What is shopping mall.
HI A shopping mall is a building or group of buildings that contains stores. The stores are connected by walkways so that consumers can easily walk between the stores. Shopping malls can be built in an enclosed or open-air format.
The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is an early shopping mall dating from the 15th century. In 1819, London opened a shopping center called the Burlington Arcade. Milan, Italy built a shopping center in the 1860s called the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.
Thanks

Looking for Children's Shoes?
Once your child has grown out of baby boy or baby girl shoes, think about going for girls' or boys' shoes with Velcro, laces or another form of fastening, rather than slip-on or backless footwear. On children's shoes, whether you're buying school shoes or anything else, you should avoid heels.
You may also want to go for a textured or pattern sole on kids' shoes, as this will help prevent your child from slipping easily. Soles on boys and school shoes should be hard and sturdy to give the feet protection, but the sole needs to be soft and flexible enough to bend with the foot.
When you've found some children's shoes that fit, let your children say which girls' or boys' shoes they prefer.

Re: What is shopping mall.
A shopping center enclosed within a large structure; often two or three stories high, often designed around a central atrium; may have numerous stores, as well as entertainment facilities such as movie theaters, fast-food outlets, restaurants, and public areas.
