Re: Top Safety Tips To Travel are
Hello
Fly on Nonstop Routings Most airliner accidents happen during the takeoff, climb, descent, and landing phase of flight, so the easiest way to reduce your chance of getting in an accident is to take fewer flights. If you have a choice, and there isn't much differece in price, flying nonstop would not only reduce exposure to the most accident prone phases of flight, but it will probably take quite a bit of time off your trip too.
Choose Larger Aircraft Currently, aircraft with more than 30 passenger seats were all designed and certified under the strictest regulations. Also, in the unlikely event of a serious accident, larger aircraft provide a better opportunity for passenger survival. If you review AirSafe.com's list of fatal airline passenger events by aircraft model, you'll see that larger aircraft models tend to have better survival statistics.
Pay Attention to the Preflight Briefing Although the information seems repetitious, the locations of the closest emergency exits may be different depending on the aircraft that you fly on and seat you are in. Some passenger safety briefings include a few words about the position to take in an emergency landing, and AiSafe.com has put together a video below that goes into much greater detail, showing six common crash positions.

Hi
First of all, you should write fill out all the fields with emergency information you have on your passports. These passports are something that you and the other members of your family should not lose from your sight at any time, but you may already know that. When you have children travelling with passports, they should always have the phone number and address of an adult, in case anything unexpected happens. And back at home? There should be a copy of your travel plans and journey details.
Also, the top ten safety tips say that, as far as your passports are concerned, there should be two copies of the id page in everyone’s passports. One of these copies should always be somewhere away from the passport, while the other one should stay with a friend or someone in the family. This goes especially for kids. When it comes to parents, they should always have copies of the kids’ passports and recent photos of them. Still with the paper and routine things, you should never lose your luggage from your sight and your children should never pick up things or touch other people’s luggage, in order not to have any unpleasant surprises.
Thanks

Hi
# Plan your walk so that you are not confused. Study your maps in your hotel room so they are easier to understand when you are on the street. # Use corporate cab services. Do not use independents. (See Taxi Cabs ). # Use a money belt or keep your wallet in your front pants pocket. # Ask the staff at your hotel where NOT to go. # Move away from any young men with empty plastic bags over their arms. They use the bag to conceal their hand movements. # Don't get into crowds where you will be bumped from behind. # Use credit cards whenever you can. And use ATM machines for cash. But don't carry much cash. You don't need it. # The Polish people are very friendly and generally very willing to help. When you need help, ask.
Thanks

Re: Top Safety Tips To Travel are
Hi
1. In some places tap water is not safe. Ask around and drink bottled water most of the time if you don't know that the water is safe. Ice in drinks can make you sick too, so ask for drinks without ice in unsafe areas. 2. Some types of food can be washed in unsafe water, so choose foods that are very hot when served, or fruit that you can peel yourself. 3. Carry a first aid kit with you. 4. If you are going to be doing something physical, like hiking, make sure you do the prior training so you are fit enough. 5. Be sun smart – check out the topic Sun protection. 6. Have safe sex – check out Safer sex. 7.If you are going to scuba dive, don't fly within 24 hours after the dive. 8. Do lots of research. Read about the places you will be travelling in - check online and buy some travel books. You can get second-hand travel books from some charity stores - ring around. You need to follow cultural and local expectations of good behaviour.
Thanks

Re: Top Safety Tips To Travel are
Hi
# Airline Safety Tips: Before you head out for your travel adventure, even if it's just an overnight trip, confirm your flight at least 48-hours in advance. You can do this online or simply by calling the airline. Be sure that your luggage, from carry-on bags to checked luggage has your identity tag placed on your bag with your name, address and phone number on the tag. Instead of checking-in your valuables and medications, put them in your carry-on bag. Travel as lightly as possible. Make sure you arrive at the airport at least 2-hours before your flight and immediately check-in. Once you get to the airport security checkpoints, your boarding pass, plane ticket, license and, or passport should be easily accessible. Remember to remove all heavy metal, belts, and jewelry, as well as straggler coins in your pocket. You'll be asked to take your shoes off; wearing slip-on shoes will make this process much quicker. All laptops and electronic devices will go through the X-ray machine in individual bins, along with your carry-on bags and jacket (if you're wearing one). Never leave luggage unattended for any reason whatsoever and do not ask a stranger to watch your bags for you, you must always keep your luggage with you at all times. Before boarding, even if you're an hour early, stay close to your departure gate for any announcements. Board when your name or section is called. As soon as you find your seat, place your bags in the overhead compartment, sit down and relax. If you have any questions or concerns about anything, ask the flight attendants, they are there to help.
# Child Safety: Traveling with children can seem like a daunting and overwhelming experience. However, if you plan ahead and follow FAA guidelines, as well as a few simple tips, it can be quite easy. If you're kids are young, make sure you have lots of easy-to-pack games in your carry-on for them to play with. Toys aren’t always the best choice, especially if they are toys that have a lot of loose pieces. Toys with sharp edges could be confiscated during check-in, at the safety checkpoint. Include some of their favorite snacks and any medications required. FAA requirements are that children under 40 pounds must have some kind of child safety seat. Keep your child calm and in control throughout the duration of your flight, which means keeping them occupied. Instead of seating your child in the aisle, seat them in the middle-seat or by the window. Keep your child belted in their seat at all times.
# Driving and protecting yourself and your car against carjacking: Be smart. Be safe. Avoid a carjacking and being robbed. When driving, be sure to keep doors locked and windows closed at all times. If you're parking, try to park in a well lit parking spot, close to the entrance of where you're going. Carjackers hang-out around stop signs, stop lights, intersections, shopping malls, self-serve gas stations, ATMs and other locales. To avoid being carjacked, drive purposefully and be aware of your surroundings. Before heading to your rental car, be sure to have your keys in hand and look around before getting in.
Thanks
