Post Product Cost Reduction
Enventure brings together its skills and experience in Electronic Design, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Sourcing, to deliver results in cost reduction that often amaze clients. The cross functional team follows a proprietary methodology in analyzing the product from multiple angles, to deliver cost improvement ideas and proposals that the customer may never even have considered in the past.

Most clients use Enventure's expertise in this area for two key reasons:
(i) Having the product costs reviewed by an independent Unbiased Engineering team such as Enventure's usually brings in a fresh new perspective
(ii) Internal Engineering teams usually are on tight schedules with new Product Developments and rarely find time to look back at past designs for cost improvement opportunities.

The approach adopted by Enventure is unique to each client engagement and defined based on a variety of parameters including the extent of change the customer is willing and able to adapt. Enventure has setup a detailed Cost Reduction framework, and the engagement model is set so that the client can pick the level they would go to, in achieving cost improvements.

Enventure has so far completed various projects where savings delivered to clients have been as high as 38%!
