Re: Benefits Of Drinking Water
Water is necessary for your body to digest and absorb vitamins and nutrients. It also detoxifies the liver and kidneys, and carries away waste from the body. And when it comes to digestion It's just not happening without water. Fiber alone cannot aid proper digestive function by itself. In fact, without water as its partner, good fiber goes bad, causing constipation and extreme discomfort.
Drinking water is important if you're trying to lose weight, some studies have shown that thirst and hunger sensations are triggered together. If there is a slight dehydration the thirst mechanism may be mistaken for hunger and one may eat when the body is actually craving fluid. As most food contains some water, if one doesn't drink much they may be subconsciously driven to eat more to gain the necessary water supply however, you also gain the undesired effects of increased calorie consumption. Drinking more water can help to prevent overeating and benefit weight loss.
Another benefit of drinking water includes the fact that proper hydration combats crankiness and anxiety. Perhaps youve noticed that most beverages dont really quench your thirst, they just satisfy the urge to have a taste in your mouth. Yet another benefit ofdrinking water is that it can help you to lose weight. If you drink water every time you're hungry instead of eating, it can often substitute for high calorie food!
It is better to drink smaller quantities of water more frequently than to drink a lot of water at one time. It is recommended to drink 8 to 12 oz a day and if you have not been drinking water regularly, you should double the recommended amount because your cells are already dehydrated. Make sure that you don't too much drink water in the morning prior to beginning any physical activity. It is very essential to plan a proper routine for water drinking.
Our skin is comprised of 90% water. And so without the right amount of water to keep that level, the skin tends to be unhealthy and dry. In fact, dehydration does not affect the skin alone, but the rest of the body as well, including the vital organs like kidneys and lungs.
Water which is not harmful to health and has all qualities to serve as drinking water is called as potable water. The potable water must be free from heavy metals, suspended particles and pathogens like bacteria. In present environmental scenario the polluted sky, dusty winds, chemicals spewed from industries get dissolved with rain water causing acid rains. It is not advisable to drink such rain water. Even in ayurveda it has been mentioned that rain water has to be used after analyzing its purity. The water contaminated with mud, weeds, algae and microbes is referred as Dushtajala in ayurveda. Dushtajala or contaminated water should not be used for any purpose as it is harmful to living beings.

Re: Benefits Of Drinking Water
1. Water helps with weight loss
Great news for anyone trying to lose a few pounds - water naturally reduces your appetite.
A lot of people confuse feeling thirsty with feeling hungry so they eat when their body wants them to drink something. When you're dehydrated, fat cells become harder to break down and so anyone actually trying to diet will find it a lot harder if they don't drink very much. 2. Water stops headaches and dizziness
Don't reach for the pills straight away, your headache could be a symptom of being dehydrated so drinking water should make it go away.
Even tension headaches and dizziness, which can be brought on by fatigue can be cured or helped by drinking water - this is because fatigue is also a sign of dehydration. 3. Water clears your skin
Most people know that drinking more water can be good for clear skin and it can also help the symptoms of acne.
If you've got dry skin, drinking water will give it more moisture but that's not all. Water flushes toxins out of your body and anything else that shouldn't be there so it clears your skin of any dirt and bacteria.

Re: Benefits Of Drinking Water
DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases. METHOD OF TREATMENT
1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml (640ml) glasses of water 2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute 3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal. 4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours 5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day. 6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.
The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:
1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days 2. Gastric - 10 days 3. Diabetes - 30 days 4. Constipation - 10 days 5. Cancer - 180 days 6. TB - 90 days 7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.
* This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. * It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. * Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active. * This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain... * For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. * It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. * Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. * A serious note about heart attacks: Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. * Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. * You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. * Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. * 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. * Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

Re: Benefits Of Drinking Water
When considering the fact that the human body is comprised of more than seventy percent water, it becomes easy to see why regular consumption of water is beneficial for every human being. Water enables the body to function in more ways than one might consider. The benefits of drinking water extend far beyond simply quenching thirst. Water contributes to almost every aspect of a person’s health.
Benefits of Drinking Water The leaner a person is, the more water they need in order to remain adequately hydrated. Muscle contains more water than fat, so water becomes more important to keep muscles functioning properly. You may see Water-For-Health for more details.
As a person uses their muscles, they are constantly losing water. The simple act of breathing and using the lungs costs the average person between two and four cups of water every day. Typical, non-exercise related perspiration can remove another two cups of water per day. Using the bathroom facilities costs the body precious water. If the body uses this much water through everyday activities, imagine how much water physical exertion demands from the body.
It is obvious that the body needs water, but what are the benefits of drinking water? Cells in the body need water in order to work properly. Water helps cells to process blood, which is made mostly of water. Blood is essential to the body’s ability to carry nutrients and transport waste from the body.
Organs and joints tend to work better when supplied with adequate water. Not only does water lubricate, but it hydrates as well to promote proper flow throughout all organs and body systems. Muscle discomfort can be reduced with plenty of water as well. Check out Water-For-Health for more information.
The benefits of drinking water can be seen on the surface of every individual. The integumentary system, otherwise known as the skin, is probably the most obviously benefited recipient of adequate hydration. Skin looks younger and wrinkles are visibly reduced with adequate hydrate. People who have radiantly smooth skin are most likely providing their skin with plenty of water.
It is easier to drink enough water every day than most people think. There are a number of benefits of drinking water tips for anyone in order to ensure they are consuming enough water. Drinking water first thing in the morning and before consuming food including snacks can help a person to get enough water in a day. From first thing in the morning to right before bed at night, there are ample opportunities to ensure the body gets as much water as it needs.
