Re: Ways to keep employees happy and motivated
Hi
Human resource is the ultimate power of any organization. Keeping employees happy and motivated should be one of the goals of an entrepreneur. Here are some of the ways in which you can keep your employees happy and motivated:
1. Offer recognition for good work. Let your co-workers know that you appreciate good work by complimenting them. Compliments boost the confidence and morale of people in general.
2. Offer special perks for outstanding performance. Perks can be in the forms of gifts, incentives, and holidays.
3. Make your training sessions as interactive as it can be. While training, make your employees feel that they are an important part of the organization and their opinion is as valuable as your own.
4. Allow your employees to lead their own work. Give them a sense of power in their own job by assigning more serious responsibilities.
5. Support your employees by visiting them regularly while they work. Ask them if they need anything to continue with their tasks. Ask them about any difficulties they face and try to solve it as soon as possible.
6. Revise your HR policy. Keep space for additional benefits along with the monthly salary. These benefits can be special allowances like disability insurance, life insurance, incentives, and salary-hike.
7. Present yourself as an example of a good worker. Arrive on or before time and perform your duties well.
8. Allow employees to have a work-life balance. Keep your office timings flexible.
Thanks
