When you complete our online order form and place an order to purchase an e-Card from us via our website you will make an offer to us to purchase the e-Card. We will then accept your offer by sending a text ("Acceptance Text") to the mobile number you provide to us (a) confirming receipt of your order and (b) containing a shortcode number ("Shortcode"). You will need to send a text to the Shortcode and follow the instructions we have sent you to enable the e-Card to be made available to the Recipient chosen by you. This is a premium rate service. Prior to us receiving confirmation that you have sent the Shortcode and your mobile account has been charged, we will be under no obligation to you.

Our Acceptance Text will bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us. Your order form completed on our website will form part of this agreement. We suggest you keep a copy of your order and these Terms for your records.

If you do not send the Shortcode within 14 days of receipt of the Acceptance Text we may - at our discretion - terminate this agreement by refusing to accept the Shortcode.

Once the Shortcode text is received, you will be charged with the amount on the order form and we will then send a text to the number of the Recipient ("the Recipient") as specified by you on the order form ("the Recipient Text"). This text will inform the Recipient that an e-Card has been sent to them and invite them to visit our website and access the e-Card with a code provided in the Recipient Text. This invite will be valid for [14] days from the date we sent the Recipient Text. After this period, the Recipient may be unable to access the e-Card (but we will not be obliged to make any refund).

The details on our website or in our advertisements or contained in our marketing materials and activities are not offers that you can accept. Please note that apart from the Acceptance Text, any other automated reply or acknowledgement of your order is neither an offer nor an acceptance from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order to obtain any e-Cards at any time. To purchase from us, you will need to make payment via your mobile phone by sending the Shortcode. You may only send this text if you are the person responsible for paying the bill or you have permission from the person responsible for the payment.

If you order by our website, you may provide an e-mail address and if so, we may use this to contact you. It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
