Care Tips for All Gold Jewelry
Hello
Gold jewelry is beautiful and popular. Gold comes in many styles and colors, but all gold jewelry will benefit from some tender, loving care!
* Don't wear your gold jewelry while bathing or cleaning. Soap won't harm gold, but it will leave a filmy residue that will coat karat gold jewelry, causing it to appear less lustrous and dingy. If you prevent the film from forming, it will be easier to keep your jewelry beautiful and will reduce cleaning time and effort.
* Avoid chlorine! Don't wear gold jewelry in the pool or hot tub or when using chlorine bleach or cleaners. Chlorine reacts with gold, particularly at high temperatures. Exposure to chlorine can permanently damage and discolor your gold jewelry.
* Use a chamois cloth to clean gold jewelry. A chamois cloth is a gentle, safe material for returning the luster to your jewelry.
* Avoid storing or otherwise exposing gold jewelry to hard, abrasive materials. Gold is a very soft metal, easily scratched even by rubbing against other jewelry.

Gold Jewelry Care
Most of the jewellery is made of Gold. It also comes in various Karats but the procedure to clean it remains the same.
* Remove all gold jewellery before showering or cleaning. Soap can cause a film to form on gold jewellery, making it appear dull and dingy. * To clean your jewellery at home, you'll find many commercial cleaners available. You will also find a soft chamois cloth. Ask your jeweller to recommend both of these items for you. * Avoid chlorine!!! Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your gold jewellery. Do not wear gold jewellery while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub. * You can remove tarnish by using soap and water mixed with a few drops of ammonia. Carefully brush with a soft bristle brush. After the brushing, simply rinse with lukewarm water and allow drying. Consult with your jeweller for more information. * Grease can be removed from gold jewellery by dipping the jewellery into plain rubbing alcohol. Again, check with your jeweller about coloured gemstone pieces.

Re: Care Tips for All Gold Jewelry
Hi
Taking care on jewelry Gold and Diamonds are not tainted on usage. Gold and Diamonds are strong jewelries that have high durability. Nevertheless, you have to take adequate care on your jewelry whether it is gold or diamond. Some of the gems may be fragile and breakable. Your jewelry may also endure some chips or scratches suppose in case you are not cautious in handling jewelry. Jewelries have a tendency to become dirty as they have more contacts with human flesh.
Thanks
