What kind of clothes do you like best?
Hello Friends, Hi. I've been invited to a wedding of a close friend. The ceremony is at 4pm, to be followed by a dinner at a fancy venue. The invite says "semi-formal." I'm wearing a fairly standard, somewhat colorful cocktail dress. The problem is what my long-term partner should wear. Unlike most of my social set, he's a tradesman and has no need for a suit, so he doesn't own one. He doesn't even own a sports jacket, nice pants or, for that matter, a tie! We looked at buying a suit, or maybe a sports jacket and tailored pants, but (a) they were pretty expensive for something he will hardly ever wear (and we can't really afford to get him a new outfit on top of the wedding present and the travel!) and (b) he didn't feel comfortable in it anyway. So, I'm wondering can we get away with his usual "formal" look - a good black shirt and his classic leather jacket. What do you think? We don't want to be offensive or rude or anything, but the alternative may be that I go alone. Thanks.

Hello Moisture-wicking fabrics are one of the most helpful innovations in sports equipment in recent decades. The clammy cotton t-shirt is a thing of the past. No matter what your event, invest in a few moisture-wicking shirts, shorts, and pants. They are more expensive than a basic t-shirt, but wash these clothes in cold water with a mild detergent and they will last for years. Don't forget socks; moisture-wicking socks keep your feet drier than cotton and significantly reduce the risk of blisters.

Re: What kind of clothes do you like best?
Hi guys
Funny thing is, since I have to wear my "teacher clothes" all days of the week, when i am at home, I wear the most ridiculous things... mismatched everything, lots of colors, and tees with inappropriate things printed on them. When the roommate is not home, I am always found in either no pants, or just a towel, even if I am just painting. Silly. Out in public I am always in layers, a dress over pants, with bowling shoes, and a scarf in my hair, for example. Yes, I am a quarter of a century, but I don't have to dress like I am, at least not on my own time.
Thanks for all friends

Re: What kind of clothes do you like best?
Hello friends I recently read a post of Torsten, asking us what kind of music we hear, then I realized that could be an interesting topic to talk about the kind of clothes we use. Do you take into account your spouse's opinion when you choose clothes? Do you prefer formal or casual clothes?in which cases? Is there a special color that you prefer to wear? when? Do you like jeans? How often do you buy new clothes? Thanks for all friends

Hello I like wear casual clothes whenever I have to go somewhere outside. Formal at work place and simple, loose and comfortable clothes at home. I like to wear clothes in which I feel comfortable and which I can carry well.

Hello
Your question about clothes is very interesting. I don't buy clothes that often, and while I like to dress up, I do so relatively rarely as more casual garments are easier to keep clean and are more comfortable and practical in everyday-use. I prefer dark colours, and I dislike jeans. I won't let other people influence me when it comes to my choice of clothes: I stubbornly stick to what I like.
Thanks Have a nice time a head
