We reserve the right to terminate our agreement at any time if we have reason to believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms. In such a case, we reserve the right to terminate our service and restrict or bar your or the Recipient�s access to our website. You agree that we will not be liable for any refund, loss or damage in the event of such termination.

You have a statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within seven days after the date the agreement comes into existence ("Cancellation Period"). However, this right ceases once you start to use our service, which commences when you send the Shortcode. To cancel, you must write to us within the Cancellation Period at the address provided in these Terms or by email us. Your letter must clearly state your name, address and the phone number used for ordering.

Once you have notified us that you are canceling your agreement, any sum debited to us from you will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Refunds (where applicable) may be credited to the mobile phone account used for the original purchase or be made by some other method we select.
