What creates motivated, contributing people?
What creates motivated, contributing people? How do you maintain high employee morale when people work long hours? How does your reward and recognition system contribute to or deflate employee motivation, positive morale and retention?

Re: What creates motivated, contributing people?
Hello As you implement your weight loss plan, you have a chance to begin to make better, healthier choices in your food selections. Take it slowly and consider following the lead set by the "successful losers." The National Weight Control Registry tracks individuals who have lost at least 30 pounds and kept it off for five years. These folks have the following lifestyles in common:
* A high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet. * Careful self-monitoring (weekly weigh-ins and daily journaling). * They start the day with a healthy breakfast. * They incorporate regular physical activity.
Aside from occasionally veering off the path toward a healthy lifestyle, most of us think we do a fair job of maintaining our health with good (or at least OK) eating habits and physical activity whenever we manage to fit it in. But is that enough to be considered "healthy?"
