Post Action Planning
Hello

First, organizations successful at implementing strategy develop detailed action plans... chronological lists of action steps (tactics) which add the necessary detail to their strategies. And assign responsibility to a specific individual for accomplishing each of those action steps. Also, they set a due date and estimate the resources required to accomplish each of their action steps. Thus they translate their broad strategy statement into a number of specific work assignments.
Prioritizing your tasks effectively.
* Identifying the steps needed to achieve your goals.
* Using lists.
* Being able to work effectively under pressure.
* Completing work to a deadline.
* Having a contingency plan.
There are many different models of action planning, but a good starting point is shown here. Action planning is a cyclical process, and once you have been through one cycle, you can start again at the beginning. Of course, in real life it’s not quite as simple as this.

Have a good day !

Post Re: Action Planning
Hi

Action Plan (AP) is an internationally recognized program addressing threatened species and habitats and is designed to protect and restore biological systems. The original impetus for these plans derives from the 1992 Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD). As of 2009, 191 countries have ratified the CBD, but only a fraction of these have developed substantive BAP documents.

The principal elements of a BAP typically include:[1] (a) preparing inventories of biological information for selected species or habitats; (b) assessing the conservation status of species within specified ecosystems; (c) creation of targets for conservation and restoration; and (d) establishing budgets, timelines and institutional partnerships for implementing the AP.

Thanks

Hi
Action planning is a process which will help you to focus your ideas and to decide what steps you need to take to achieve particular goals that you may have. It is a statement of what you want to achieve over a given period of time. Preparing an action plan is a good way to help you to reach your objectives in life: don't worry about the future, start planning for it!

Thanks

Hi

List your strengths and weaknesses. Use others to help. Continually update the list.

Actively seek feedback from colleagues, staff, close friends and family. Get outside your comfort zone!

Notice which experiences really motivate you. Write them down.

Make an effort to establish your values and underlying beliefs. You will not be comfortable if you do things which work against these values.

Thanks
