This department is like a back bone of any company because this department has to create discipline and maintain office protocols. management is the process of planning organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, controlling, reporting, budgeting. and in every organization these activities plays very important role without. Time is money. Effective time management is a must in todays competitive world. By performing the basic functions of management, a business is bound to flourish. There are lot of advantages of. I was recently reminded of the above mentioned article when I heard about the demise of a key business unit of an organization. I know. Staff turnover had increased dramatically, with key staff leaving at about the same time. Unfortunately, I was not surprised. The tell tale signs have been there for some time. When organisations are in difficulty, staff need support rather than poor treatment.
