The key benefits of international calling cards
As it happens most calls are in fact now routed over the Internet, which means that an international call becomes only a local call at each end, with the Internet acting as a bridge' between the two phone networks. International calling card providers purchase call credits in bulk from the major telecommunication companies - often with huge discounts. In turn, these providers pass a significant amount of these discounts to their end consumers Profitable for international calling card companies and a much cheaper service for the customer. A telecom win, win situation. On a practical level the key benefits of international calling cards include:
* Cost savings - The lowest possible international and domestic telephone rate. Savings of more than 80% are possible. For example use an international phone card to by pass excessive roaming charges when using a mobile abroad. * Budgeting - Knowing exactly what you're spending each time you use the card. No more unpleasantly large phone bills at the end of the month or quarter. * Convenience - You can use phone cards with virtually all cellular networks and all payphones. * Flexibility - Search on line to find an international calling card that will meet your exact requirements. Customer support at most companies will be only too happy to advise on the best solution to individual requirements.

Re: The key benefits of international calling cards
Hi
People love to call up their family and friends to talk about what's going on in their lives and call their business associates in order to discuss projects, deals and other business matters. Prepaid calling cards offer the best way to call people from almost any telephone and from anywhere in the world. It was in 1970's in Italy that prepaid calling cards were introduced. Now, prepaid calling cards are gaining its popularity and are widely used in almost anywhere in the world. Prepaid calling cards provide low costs and the simplest way to make long distance calls. Prepaid calling cards are so beneficial even in case of emergency since you can make a call any time and any where. If compared with standard credit phone cards, prepaid calling cards are very much beneficial. Like for instance, credit phone cards typically charge differently, it depends on the time and even the days of the week, unlike prepaid calling cards it is being rate per minute.
Thanks

Re: The key benefits of international calling cards
International calling cards are cheapest and convenient mode of communication. Phone network companies provides their various services ie., local, STD or international phone calls, SMS and internet through the special access cards. The cards meant for international phone calls are called international phone cards. These phone cards can be used either on the wired and wireless landline or mobile phones. The fixed landline phones earlier before the innovation of international card usually carried higher monthly tariffs for ISD calls. But now, these phone cards not only lower the monthly expenses of the phone customers, it also provide them a convenient way of communicating with their family members or friends settled in abroad. Many of the international access cards comes with free gifts like bonus talk time, extended validity period and cash vouchers.
An International calling card can be activated on the basic or cellphone by keying in the 10 digits PIN code. After the successful input of the Secret card number, the phone becomes ready for international calls. The international calling cards are of two types ie., prepaid and postpaid. The first type of access cards require the advance payments, while the second types of the cards require monthly bill payment. Almost all the international access cards are valid for the fixed periods i.e., 15 days, 1/2/6 months,1 year.
