Advantages of B2B
Hi
* When new products/services become available, they can be readily updated online (on a day-to-day basis if necessary). Consequently, the ‘catalogue’ is never out-of-date. If the catalogue were in printed form, it would probably be issued monthly and constantly lag behind, as there is no way it could be updated continually. Another plus-point is that it is far simpler to locate the product you require when using an online system, due to sophisticated search-engines that are available that will enable you to find what you are looking for at the push of a button.
* The end-users have complete control of the process. If a business such as Tesco were limited in the times they were able to place an order, the business would not be very efficient. Some goods would be out of stock for longer than was acceptable and the consumer might switch loyalties to another supermarket where products were constantly available.
Thanks
