Post Why You’ll Love Catered Chalets
Summer may be here, but it’s not too early to start thinking about next season’s skiing holiday. If you’re looking into chalets for your next trip, it’s worth being sure you’ve given the benefits of catered chalets proper consideration.

With catered chalets, all food apart from lunches is usually included in the price of your holiday. This makes budgeting much easier. Restaurants in ski resorts aren’t always cheap, and with a catered option you also avoid the confusion of having to divide restaurant bills fairly if you are with a large group.

Equally, it’s just much nicer eating your evening meal in your own home from home each night, without having to worry about dressing up or going out to eat.

For larger groups as well, catered chalets mean no-one gets lumbered with all the cooking or washing up. At the end of a long day on the slopes, all you have to do is come back to the chalet, kick back, relax with a hot bath or shower and a drink, and wait for supper to be served!

At the Chalet Experience, our ski chalets in France are all catered. We realise that food is an important part of our customers’ ski holidays, and a generous continental breakfast, post-piste afternoon tea and freshly baked cakes are all included, along with wholesome three-course evening meals. Dinners are designed by our chef, with a skier’s hungry appetite in mind.
