Post Precaution to be taken while traveling by Plane!
I would like you to know the precautions to be taken while flying. Air travel has no wrong or significant effect on your health. However, it is a well known fact that travelling long distances in a pressurized cabin altitude does have some effects on the human body. So here I have put together some simple tips to help you make sure that you fly and arrive at your destination in tip-top shape.

>>Always try to change positions often and avoid crossing your legs. Immobility poses the greatest risk effect in developing clotting disorders such as deep vein thrombosis.

>>Get out of your seat frequently and walk around the cabin regularly to improve the circulation.
>>Do the exercises and follow the advices which are given in programmed channels on all flights. That will help you feel more refreshed when you arrive at your destination.
>>Drink plenty of water or fruit juices. Avoid alcohol, tea and coffee or carbonated drinks, as they will dehydrate you.

>>Avoid having heavy meals and foods. Air expands at altitude and heavy meals will result in that bloated feeling.
>>Always wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes and shoes while traveling by air.

>>To minimize the effect s of jet-lag, set your watch to your destination time as soon as you board the aircraft and try to adjust your sleeping pattern accordingly.

Once you enter in Traveling in local train and going towards suburb areas or beyond till bhayander, vasai or virar, its sure going to take almost above and hour to reach. Worst if its a peak job hours and people are just falling on each other to get a space to keep only there feet in local trains.

Its better to take initial precautions while traveling now a days, which are small and are ignored, but can be very important when required. Especially See below the list of precautions to be taken in Local Trains while Travelling

Precaution 1) Carry a water bottle in local trains because its actually hot inside the crowded train especially in summer times. There are many cases found where people get unconscious because of not getting fresh air. One can feel the hot air and the sweat of the neighbour in the crowd.

Precaution 2) Take proper care of your pocket, there are masters pick pocketers around in locations like Dadar which take advantage of crowded local trains and in no time remove all the money from your pocket.

Precaution 3) Remember 2006 serial bomb blast ? We as an individual need to keep eye on every luggage that is held to keep up in luggage section, who has given it to keep? Is the same guy there around or left after keeping ? This is the way it was done in first class compartment in 2006 serial blast of mumbai. Crowded Local trains were the target.

Precaution 4) Do not stand on the door foot board, lots of people has fallen down and died, the riskiest of all is to jump and catch a train. You cant even leave it if required and the pressure from inside is enough to..
