Post Beat The January Blues With Chalet Holidays
With Christmas all over and the weather in the UK pretty grim at best, January can seem a bleak time of year. So what better way to banish the winter blues than by whizzing down the slopes under blue skies?

If you’ve never skied before, it’s a good time in the season to learn, with conditions likely to be excellent. If you go for New Year itself, you’ll have a great time, but it’s likely to be busier. Go on ski holidays after school terms starts in early January and prices come down and the slopes will be clearer – ideal for beginners.

Equally, if you book later in January, it’s great to have something to look forward to as you return to work after the Christmas holiday.

Ski chalets tend to make the best bases for ski holidays. Cosy homes from home, they can accommodate large numbers of friends or club or family members. Get enough people together and you could have exclusive use.

At the Chalet Experience, we have several years’ experience of these kinds of ski holidays, and run four ski chalets in the fantastic French village of Les Gets.

It’s a pretty lively resort, with plenty in the way of apres-ski entertainment, allowing you to start 2011 in style.

Book now for January and start budgeting for your ski holidays. Our chalets include breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, making them even better value. See our website for more information today.
