• Do the hot oil treatment twice a week • Apply henna to your scalp thrice a month • If you can afford going to the parlor, get a hot oil massage to your head Body Care tips • Moisturize your entire body to keep it soft • Apply sunscreen to all exposed body parts • If you are planning on bleaching your face, your neck and back too to get the same even skin tone • Apply ubtan twice a week to your body

Hi
It is better to apply castor oil for a healthy growth of hair.
Wash hair with tea once in a week.
Apply besan in the hair and wash it with water drained from the cooked rice.
Soak a handful of gooseberries in a cup of milk for two hours. Make a paste and apply on the hair.
Apply the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoons of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair. Wash it after some time.
Massage hair with warm coconut oil an hour before washing. Let it soak. Cover your head with a hot towel and wash your hair after an hour or so.
Boil a few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil. Filter and use this hair oil to control hair loss and thinning.
Do a 'steam-towel-wrap' once in a while, if your cuticles are damaged, as this steaming opens out the pores and absorbs the oil.

1. Wash the hairs twice or thrice in a week. It helps in keeping the hairs clean. The dust and other dirt particles that are stored on the hairs get washed off and your hairs get fresh and hygienic. It helps to prevent the hair loss problem. 2. For drying the hairs use the soft towel and don’t rub your hairs vigorously as it loosens the grips of the hairs over scalp. This may trigger the falling of hairs. 3. The use of the air dryer need to be limited. Never use the hot air blow directly on your hairs and also never keep the blow on same location for the more than 10 seconds. 4. Eat the healthy diet and improve the intake of the vitamins and minerals in your diet as they help in the new hair growth. You must eat calcium and iron in enough amounts as they help in strengthening of the hairs. 5. While going out in sun, please cover the hairs with the scarf or with a cap as the ultraviolet radiations emitting from the sun are very harmful and they may result in weakening of hairs. 6. Adequate amount of the sleep is necessary for the proper development of the hair follicles. It has been proved through the scientific research studies that people who sleep for about 7 to 8 hours daily have got a better hair growth than those who sleep less. This is because the hair growth process takes place during the sleep hours. 7. Brush your hair regularly before you go to the bed. This helps the hair to be in the proper symmetry and the breaking of the hairs due to the twisting during sleep is prevented.
