Limit yourself to eating foods with low cholesterol content. Consume more white meat (fish and chicken), vegetables and fruits.

A great way to get more vegetables in your diet is to take carrots, celery, and even cucumbers to work for a snack. You can spread celery with peanut butter or you could take along a fat-free ranch dressing as a dip. Another option would be salsa. Carrots sticks are delicious dipped in salsa.
