Post Skin Care Tips for the Winter
Hello Friends......

Lips. Winter is not an excuse to have dry, cracked lips. Lip balms come in all forms and flavors. Maintain moisture in your lips by regularly applying lip balm. The best is still applying petroleum jelly on lips and leaving it overnight.

Skin. Your elbows and knees might suffer the driest patches in your body because of the cold. To exfoliate these dark spots, rub a lemon on the area and then apply your favorite cream.

Feet. Give yourself a foot spa. Buy a warming foot scrub and use this to clean the bottom of your feet to make them soft and smooth again. Remember you’re going to wear those step-ins again soon so your feet shouldn’t be winter-damaged.

Long baths. Taking long baths during winter can dry skin. But fortunately, products which are made specially to hydrate skin are now available so you can indulge in long hot baths even when it’s snowing out.

Thanks

Hyperhidrosis is a condition that causes excessive sweating. While hyperhidrosis does not pose a serious threat to health, it can cause significant emotional and psychological distress, embarrassment and can have a negative impact on a person’s quality of life.
Types of hyperhidrosis

There are two types of hyperhidrosis:

* focal hyperhidrosis, where only certain parts of the body are affected, such as the armpits, hands, feet or face, and
* generalised hyperhidrosis, where the entire body is affected.

Hyperhidrosis can also be either:

* primary idiopathic hyperhidrosis, where there is no apparent cause for the excessive sweating, and
* secondary hyperhidrosis, where the excessive sweating is the result of an underlying health condition, such as an overactive thyroid gland.

Most cases of focal hyperhidrosis are primary. Generalised hyperhidrosis is usually secondary.
