I would like to get knowledge on the process of expedition petition ,I want to use it to expedite the PWDVA Case filed on me and my family members, as the wife is hell bent on dragging the case endlessly ,the said case is jammed at the evidence stage of wife,from past 12 hearings by the lady(petitioner). I have filed my counter affidavit, The ladys' lawyers just ask for next date on one pretext or another, and get it. The case makes me travel for 3nights every week. Do kindly throw some light on how do I proceed on the same. |
