During your meals, consume an adequate amount of carbohydrates to generate energy for your muscle (bread,noodles,cereals,fruits,vegetables). You can get tired easily if you are not consume enough carbohydrates.

Childhood obesity rates have more than tripled in the past 30 years, and in 2008, more than 1/3 of children and adolescents were considered overweight or obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Overweight and obese children are at an increased risk for cardiovascular diseases, prediabetes, bone and joint problems, and sleep disorders. If these children do not change their habits and become obese adults, they are at an increased risk for heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, several types of cancer, and osteoarthritis.
